Organizational Learning

OLL

The Organizational Learning Laboratory (OLL) is a part of the Center for Research in Communication at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration.

Our team is formed of teachers and PhD students who study the field of organizations and communication, and are interested in organizations’ evolving and adaptation to the new environment of the XXI century. Although the Organizational Learning perspective is built on classic concepts as team learning, double-loop learning or system thinking, the general idea of evolution for a collective social body (or an organization) allows the integration of a great variety of projects, from reform of social systems to innovation and teaching. Our results include papers and projects on various topics: online reputation management, business intelligence, entrepreneurship, labor market, educational systems, communication in social media and other topics. We welcome also invitations to participate in international research projects (we collaborated in research and learning projects with universities from abroad).
